Kara was born and raised in the historic town of Waterford in Loudoun County Virginia. An entrepreneur at an early age, Kara raised goats on her family farm and sold the milk.  Highly motivated and capable, she designed and  had her first home built at 21. As operations manager for a top builder she managed and staffed  a very successful company for nearly a decade. Kara  has  detailed knowledge of zoning and building with a specific talent  for assisting clients  in finding the well loved country home in need of renovation or the perfect parcel to build their dream home.

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, David attended The Corcoran School of Art and rode in Middleburg on the weekends. Eventually his passion for riding brought him permanently to Middleburg  to focus on training and competing.  His early real estate career involved  land acquisition and he has a knack for putting people and properties together. David’s first hand knowledge of zoning, and land use ,in general,  and  farm development, in particular,  make him a real asset for buyers looking to establish a horse property from gentleman farmer to professional. A fabulous guide, David  familiarizes buyers with local equestrian venues, vet clinics, feed stores and ride out. And he always carries an extra pair of  boots  for clients to walk the land!
