Professional Experience:

Tech savvy and proactive, Cindy advises sellers on property preparations, valuation and market status giving them full advantage of her finely tuned advertising network to best showcase their properties. With the majority of buyers coming from the DC metropolitan area and beyond, Cindy understands it is imperative to have not only local presence but national and global reach.

Buyers appreciate Cindy's in depth knowledge of the area, her professional expertise and her enthusiasm. With service providers from lenders and appraisers to inspectors and general contractors, Cindy provides excellent resources and service to her clients.

A former board member of The Piedmont Environmental Council and founding member of The Route 50 Corridor Coalition, which introduced traffic calming locally, Cindy has a history of preserving, protecting and promoting this very special landscape.

Equestrian Background:

Raised and educated in Middleburg, having attended The Hill School, Foxcroft and The University of Virginia, Cindy has an intimate knowledge of the area and genuine love and understanding of the rural lifestyle of this unique setting.

Growing up on her family’s horse farm where they bred TB race horses and foxhunters and hosted local pony club events, Cindy’s background provides her with extensive knowledge of the specific needs of equestrians from weekend warriors to professional competitors, which saves buyers both time and money.
