We looked at a few that just weren't right. I had a bit more money in my pocket from selling the first one and we were hopeful. The girls were on it! I was the first to see it the day showing started! It was perfect and I got it! We survived the multiple contracts and the bidding war, thanks to Cindy and Brandy's knowledge and dedication.
